Whether you opt for our White Glove Delivery Service or use traditional courier shipping, here’s everything you need to know about scheduling your delivery. White Glove Delivery Service For those located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Ottawa, we offer our White Glove Delivery Service for $75 at checkout. This service includes: A scheduled delivery that works for you. Removal of your old mattress. Setup of your Silk & Snow mattress and furniture products, so you can start enjoying them right away! Once your order is ready, our delivery partner will contact you to schedule your delivery date. On the morning of your scheduled delivery, you will be provided with a 3-hour delivery window for when they will arrive in your area! We're working hard to expand this service to more areas, so stay tuned for updates if you're outside these regions. Traditional Delivery and Couriers For customers outside of the White Glove delivery areas, we rely on traditional couriers. Please note that we are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates with traditional couriers or hold your order. Delivery times vary depending on the courier’s schedule and your location. If you're planning a purchase, we recommend reviewing our estimated lead times to help you choose the best time for your order. Please note that we require 2-4 business days to process and fulfill your order before it ships. Once your order is prepared and ready for shipment, it will be sent out according to the standard shipping lead times below.
