To request a cancellation on your order, please contact us as soon as possible before your order has shipped via live chat or by phone at 1-855-777-0033 during our business hours. We’ll do our best to assist you.

Please note that cancellations are not always possible, as our ability to cancel your order may vary depending on the status of your order.  

Additionally, please keep in mind that we need at least 3 hours' notice, within business hours, from the time the order was placed to attempt a cancellation.

If your order has already been delivered, please do not open the package. We will be more than happy to assist you with a return of the item. In this case, we will issue your refund once we have received the returned item at our warehouse.
