Please note that cancellation requests must be made within 3 hours of placing your order. Once this window has passed, we're no longer able to cancel the order. Requests submitted outside of our business hours are less likely to be successful, as we may not be able to review them before your order begins processing.

If your order has already been delivered, please do not open the package. We will be more than happy to assist you with a return of the item. In this case, we will issue your refund once we have received the returned item at our warehouse.
