We stand behind our products and durable materials, which is why we are happy to offer a 15-Year warranty with all of our mattresses models. Our Organic Mattress Toppers are delivered with a 3-Year warranty. 

Under the terms and conditions of the Silk & Snow Mattress Warranty, you are required to:

1. Read our Mattress Warranty for details on covered defects &  what the mattress Warranty does not cover. 
2. Provide valid original proof of purchase — your order receipt and number — demonstrating date of purchase and that the claimant is the original purchaser and still has the mattress.
3. Send an email to hello@silkandsnow.com providing the following information : 
   
   1. Order Number
   2. A brief explanation describing the defect and how it is affecting the performance of the item
   3. Pictures of the item uncovered and highlighting the defect.
   4. For Mattresses - Pictures of both sides of the Law Tag. Show in evidence that the law tag is attached onto the mattress and has not been altered.

How to find the Law Tag ?  This tag is white and will have information including a statement that reads; "This article contains new material only". This law tag can be found stitched to the cover of your mattress.
