We use a newer technology to compress our coils, which can be done in such a way through machinery that does not impact the performance or longevity. Because our coils are wrapped individually and operate independently, this allows us to compress the coils without incurring any damage. The key here is that they are folded onto themselves, rather than being bent. Here are four easy steps (just like the 4 stages of sleep!) to receive your Silk & Snow order : Stage 1 : Placing your order. This is where the magic begins! Your journey of transitioning from old to new and elevating your sleep experience starts here. Once your order is placed, you will be receiving an order invoice by email in order to confirm your recent purchase. Your order will be processed and sent to fulfillment within 12 business hours! Stage 2 : Fulfillment of your dreams (we mean your order). Your brain begins to produce sleep spindles at the thought of being one step closer to your ideal comfort. Once your order has been processed, our warehouse begins with packing and printing out your shipping labels. We currently estimate 2-4 business days to process and fulfill your order. Once your order is picked-up from our warehouse by the courier, you will receive a second email with your tracking information to keep you informed about the arrival of your order. Stage 3 : Delivery by the fairy-godmothers. You can finally relax at the thought of your new Silk & Snow goodies arriving. Once picked-up, the tracking number will show you your estimated delivery date. Your order is most likely to arrive on the day that the couriers estimate for shipping. Yet occasionally, shipping is sped up or delayed for reasons that are unplanned and unforeseen. For delivery updates, we advise you to closely monitor your tracking number. We don't advise waiting for your package at home as the date presented is only an estimate. If your order contains numerous items, it's possible that you will receive each one on a different day because each one has a unique tracking number. For residential locations, our shipping partners will attempt delivery that day between their respective business hours. You do not have to worry about staying home all day, if it's safe to do so, they'll leave your box right at your door or lobby. They will attempt a second delivery the next business day if they deem the area is unsafe. Each route is planned out for the day and the products are there amongst others - that's why it is not possible to cancel when an order is Out for Delivery as locating it is a tough task.
