But in the event that you haven’t found your one true perfect match, we are happy to offer a return policy with our items. Silk & Snow’s product trial and return policy varies by product. Important terms, conditions, and exclusions apply and are detailed below. Mattresses & Toppers Return Our mattresses come with a 365-night trial policy, which begins on the day of delivery of your new Silk & Snow mattress. Our mattress toppers come with a 100-night trial policy. As it can take some time for your body to adjust to a new sleep surface, we kindly ask for the mattress to be tested for a minimum of 30 days before being eligible for a return. It can take some time for your body to adjust to a new surface of sleep, especially if you have been using the same mattress for years - so giving it a try often leads to a better comfort! This also helps to ensure that a perfectly good mattress won't go to waste - we're conscious of the ways our products impact the planet. Once the 30 days are past, if you are not satisfied for any reason, the mattress can be returned for a full refund on the original payment method at any time within their respective nights trial period, as long as the item is in a donatable condition (e.g. no stains, tears, or other soiling, including odors). The return costs are on us! For our mattress returns, we arrange for the mattress to be picked-up at your home at no additional cost. The mattress does not need to be boxed to be eligible for a return, as it is impossible to make them fit back into the box once expanded (unless you own a compression machine!). If the mattress is not right for you within your trial, we always try to donate it to a local charity whenever possible. Sustainability is always a value we place as a top priority, so we would hate to waste a perfectly good opportunity to give back. We're happy to say that 95% of the time we are able to donate the mattress to someone in need. It is fairly rare that we cannot (i.e. when the location is very remote), in which case we would reach out to our recycling partners, to prevent the mattress from ending up in a landfill. Once the mattress is picked-up and confirmed by our partners, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. If the mattress is still boxed, we can assist with a drop-off at a Fedex depot or a pick-up at your home. Once the mattress is delivered back to our facility, you will receive your full refund. For exchanges, we process the return separately and invite you to place a new order for the desired item at your own convenience. Our team will do their best to coordinate the removal of the original mattress after the delivery of your new mattress to make sure you are not left without a mattress to sleep-on! Following the Terms & Conditions, we recommend trying out the original mattress prior hand if you are exchanging for the same mattress type as the new mattress will not be eligible for a return. If you are exchanging for a different mattress type, as we can understand different comfort fits different needs, your new mattress will benefit from its own sleep trial. Furniture Return Our furniture is delivered with a 30-day trial period. Within the 30 days, if you are not satisfied for any reason, the bed frame can be returned for a refund at any time. We are proud to offer free shipping to all Canadian Provinces & Continental States, but in order to maintain accessible pricing for our affordable luxury essentials, the return cost is deducted from the total refund. Additionally, the furniture has to be returned in its original packaging and in donatable condition (e.g. all pieces of the bed frame are included, no stains, tears, or other soiling including odors). For our furniture returns, we can either assist with the drop-off of the boxes at a Fedex location or a pick-up from your home. The items can be returned for a full refund at any time during your 100-night trial term, we require for the item to be in donatable condition (e.g. no stains, tears, or other soiling, including odors). We cover the return costs! For our bedding, accessories, and bath items, we will provide you with a prepaid label and the item simply needs to be dropped-off at your nearest Fedex depot. If you decide to return your order and it falls under the threshold of the promotion at the time of purchase, the complimentary product must be returned. If you wish to keep the product, you will be able to keep them at a discounted price, which will be deducted from your refund total. In order to be eligible for a return/refund, return requests must come from an address that matches the country in which the product was purchased. If at least one of a particular Product type is returned from an initial order, that customer or shipping address will not be eligible for additional Trial Periods on subsequent orders of that particular Product (e.g. if you return a Pillow, you will not be eligible for the applicable Trial Period on future Pillow orders). Customers may only return a maximum of two (2) of each particular Product, validated by a customer name or shipping address (i.e. We want you to try our products first - this avoids needless waste!) Should you wish to return a product bought through a Silk & Snow authorized retailer, you must approach the retailer directly with proof of purchase. For returns, products must adhere to the parameters set forth by the retailer as stated in their policy. If you receive an item that is offered during a promotion (for example, a “Buy One, Get One Free” promotion) and choose to return the item or order that earned you the free item, you must also return the free item. (For example, if we have a “Buy One, Get One Free” promotion on pillows and you choose to return the purchased pillow, you must also return the free pillow you received).
