We stand by our sustainable values all throughout our processes, from manufacturing our products to the customer experience. We try our best to be as eco-conscious as possible! We donate our returns locally as much as we can in order to promote a conscious lifestyle and to give back to our communities. 

We always strive to give the mattress to a local charity if you decide the mattress is not the correct fit for you during the first 365 nights. Sustainability is important for us, so we prefer to find a donating partner whenever possible for our returned mattresses, so they can go to someone who needs them most. We're pleased to report that we can donate the mattress to someone in need 95% of the time. It is quite uncommon for us to be unable to (for example, when the location is very remote), in which case we would contact our recycling partners to prevent the mattress from going to a landfill.

As for our other items that are returned to our facilities, we also try to donate them locally as much as possible to various Ontario charities. 

Rest assured, we do not resell mattresses & other returned items as we donate them to charities/recycling programs.  Additionally, we are unable to recompress a mattress once unboxed, and that simply wouldn’t reflect the quality we strive to offer!
