Mattress We work with local Charity & Recycling partners when it comes to our mattress returns. The refund is issued upon confirmation of the pick-up of the mattress at your home. If your mattress was recently picked-up, our team is actively working on confirming the removal with the pick-up partner within 48 business hours! Once confirmed with the pick-up partner, our team will go ahead and issue your refund. In order to speed-up the refund process, please feel free to take pictures on the day of the removal and forward them to our team. We will be able to process the refund upon receipt of the pictures. Bedding, Accessories, Bath & Furniture We receive your items at our facility when it comes to bedding, accessories, bath & furniture returns. The refund is issued upon receipt and inspection of the item at our warehouse. If your item was recently received, please keep in mind it may take the quality control team a few business days to process and inspect the return and issue your refund once the shipment has been marked as delivered.
